It works but I get all events twice after importing in iCal on Mac. The file which can be downloaded is icalfeed.ics, can this be changed into BlogTitle.ics?

append /feed/ical to any url. The feed contains all future event. You can filter your feeds by category: http://www.anydomain.com/feed/ical?categories=1,2,3
